The toll free is not accessible outside of Canada/US, so to access the service, the participant has options:

1. dial long distance into the +1.403.930.5129

2. setup a worldwide account with Ivrnet and use our ITFS/UIFN number for access to other countries (charges apply) Please reach out ahead of time to our customer care team for assistance with this item.
